KLASZTORNA 25 APARTMENTS

§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. These regulations ("Regulations") define the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay of Guests at Apartamenty Klasztorna25 and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, paying the advance, all or part of the payment for the stay in the facility. By performing the activities referred to in the preceding sentence, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  2. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Facility.
  3. The Regulations are available in the rooms and on the website www.klasztorna25.pl

§2 THE HOTEL DAY

  1. The apartment is rented for hotel days.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 pm to 11:00 am the next day.
  3. A request to extend the hotel day should be reported by the Guest at the reception as soon as possible, but not later than by 11:00 on the check-out day. The facility may not take into account the wish to extend the stay despite its notification by the Guest in the absence of vacancies (rooms), as well as in relation to the Guest who does not comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
  4. The facility reserves the right to refuse to provide the service, as well as not to extend the Guest's stay in the Apartment, in case of failure to complete payment in advance for the stay.
  5. The Guest should leave the occupied Apartment and empty from the property he has brought in by the end of the hotel day at the latest. In case of not leaving the apartment by the end of the hotel day (i.e. by 11:00 on a given day), the facility will charge the guest with the amount of PLN 100 (in words: one hundred) for each subsequent started hour.

§3 BOOKING AND CHECK-IN

  1. Reservations in the Apartments may be made in the following forms: by phone, using electronic means of communication (e-mail, booking via a portal cooperating with the facility) or in person at the reception desk. In the case of reservations made electronically, the reservation is considered made when the Guests receive the confirmation of the reservation.
  2. The basis for the Guest's check-in is to show the Receptionist a personal ID and sign the registration card. The guest is obliged to provide true data in the registration card, and the property has the right to verify them.
  3. Persons not registered in the Apartment may stay in a hotel room as guests from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

§4 STAY in a hotel

  1. The Guest of the Apartment may not provide the room to a third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the due payment for the stay has not expired.
  2. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest or impose a Guest who violates the Regulations to leave the facility, in particular by causing damage to the hotel’s property, Guest's property, Guest, employees, or other persons staying on the premises personal injury, behavior contrary to good practice, violation of the dignity and personal rights of other people, disturbing the peaceful stay in the Apartments by other guests, as well as in other justified cases.
  3. The Facility reserves the right to pre-authorize a credit card or collect a cash deposit in the amount of the entire stay, increased by the amount of security bond payment for any damage to the property of the Hotel by the Guest or persons for whom he is responsible. In the case of pre-authorization of the credit card, the facility is entitled to charge the Guest for damaged property as well as unpaid hotel services up to 7 days from the day of checking out of the Apartment.
  4. Additional fees related to the stay in the Apartment: an animal in the room (PLN 50), smoking in the Apartment (PLN 500), loss of a magnetic card to the Apartment (PLN 100)

§5 GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Children under the age of 13 should be on the premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by the actions of the children.
  2. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment, technical devices and the surroundings of the facility, caused by his fault, the fault of people visiting him or the fault of the animal he owns. The facility reserves the right to charge the Guest for damages caused by his fault (verified during the stay in the Apartment) by adding the repair costs to the bill.
  3. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who breaches them. Such a person may be obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Facility, settle the amount due for the services provided so far, pay for any damage and leave the area of the Apartments.
  4. If the Guest, under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, disturbs the peaceful stay of the guests or the functioning of the facility, the Guest may be removed from it. The facility has the right to take any action that it believes will be necessary to ensure the safety of other guests.
  5. Each time the Guest leaves the room, for safety reasons, he should turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the taps and the door.

§6 HOTEL RESPONSIBILITY

  1. The facility is not liable for the loss of valuables left in the Apartment or their damage.
  2. In the event of sudden and unforeseen circumstances, the facility reserves the right to change the booked Apartment to another of the same class or higher, and in the absence of a free Apartment to cancel the reservation.

§7 RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS

  1. Any items left in the Apartment by the Guest will be sent (at the Guest's request) to the address provided, at their expense.
  2. If the Guest has not instructed to send back the items left behind, the items referred to in section 1 above, will be stored for two weeks, and after that period, the property has the right to dispose them.

§8 Curfew

  1. There is a curfew from 22:00 to 6:00.

§9 PERSONAL DATA

  1. The Guest consents to the storing and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, pos. 1000, as amended) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 / 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).
  2. At the same time, the Hotel informs the Guest that:
    • a. the administrator of the Guest's personal data is Apartamenty Klasztorna25 in Poznań
    • b. The Guest has the right to access their personal data and the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to their processing;
    • c. The guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if he / she considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of generally applicable law;
    • d. providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for making and implementing the reservation;
    • e. the personal data referred to above may be made available to third parties only for the purpose where the facility is authorized or obliged to do so under the law.
